Welcome to the SOMA wellness Central Square Boot Camp
For our first camp we do a baseline conditioning day near our home-base. We use this as a tool to help determine everyone's ability at the start of camp. This allows us to keep everyone working to their OWN potential; keeping you safe.
Please come prepared with the following:
Sunglasses (personal preference )
We will also have basic first aid equipment should we require it.
